HesabPay Gateway is operated by Abubakr Sediq and provides WooCommerce payment gateway software and related setup services. These terms cover purchases and services from hesabpaygateway.com. HesabPay operates its own payment platform; buying our plugin does not open or approve a HesabPay merchant account.
Your purchase and account
Check the product description, current price, license term and site limit before ordering. The checkout total is the amount payable. A customer account is required for Pro purchases. Keep your account and license key private; your key and downloads are available in your account after payment is confirmed. Bank-transfer orders remain pending until the payment is confirmed. Do not share passwords, merchant PINs or API keys in public support requests.
Software rights and paid access
The software’s included open-source license governs your rights to use, study, modify and redistribute its code. These purchase terms do not remove rights granted by that license. Paid activation, official downloads, updates and support are separate services connected to your purchase. A site limit describes the official activation service, not an additional restriction on rights granted by the software license.
The current Pro offer provides 360 days of licensed access and updates for one activated site, unless your order explicitly states otherwise. Expiry can restrict licensed Pro features and official downloads or updates. It does not revoke the open-source rights in code already delivered to you. Review the plugin’s license status before relying on advanced features. A license key is not a merchant credential or a payment authorization.
Renewal and moving sites
Renewals are manual; this store does not configure an automatic recurring charge. A confirmed renewal extends the existing key from the later of its current expiry date and the renewal date. Release or deactivate the old site before activating a replacement. Renewing does not automatically release an existing activation. Older or inconsistent activation records may require support review.
Support and setup services
Product support covers the plugin’s advertised features and reproducible defects. The existing Pro product includes six months of support; the update term is separate. Custom development, third-party software and work outside the purchased service need a separate agreement. For a setup package, agree the installation scope, access method and timing with us before work begins. Do not send permanent administrator credentials by email.
Payments and merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for an eligible merchant account, correct provider credentials, secure hosting, supported WordPress and WooCommerce versions, backups and sandbox testing. Payment methods, provider charges, settlement and merchant approval are controlled by HesabPay and other relevant providers. Verify an uncertain transaction against provider records before retrying it; a timeout does not prove that no money moved.
Refunds and cancelled payments
See our Refund Policy for digital products and setup work. A refunded, reversed or unpaid purchase may lose access to the associated paid services. We may temporarily hold an inconsistent renewal or activation for review. Existing purchases remain subject to the terms offered when they were made; these terms do not retrospectively remove an agreed entitlement.
Availability and limitations
We work to correct reproducible defects, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, universal compatibility or a particular financial outcome. The software’s included license contains its warranty terms. Nothing here excludes liability or customer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
Material changes apply to future purchases unless otherwise agreed or required by law. For an order, support request, policy question or complaint, contact sales@hesabpaygateway.com. Include the order number and a clear description, without payment secrets.
