Who handles your information
HesabPay Gateway is operated by Abubakr Sediq at hesabpaygateway.com. Contact sales@hesabpaygateway.com for privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests.
Information we use
When you create an account or buy a product, we use the details you provide, including your name, email address, billing information, account information and order history. Support and contact requests include the messages and attachments you choose to send. Avoid sending API keys, PINs, card details or unredacted customer records.
Our licensing service records the license, purchase, expiry, site allowance, installation identifier and activated website address. It stores hashed activation tokens and uses a short-lived hashed IP counter to limit abusive API requests. WordPress, our hosting and security services may also record IP addresses, browser information and request logs for operation and security.
Why we use it
We use this information to process orders, confirm payment, provide downloads, activate and renew licenses, manage site transfers, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep appropriate purchase records. Where consent is required for optional marketing or nonessential tracking, that use needs the appropriate consent. Buying a product is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Payments and merchant websites
The payment provider or bank handles the payment information needed for the method you choose. Our store retains order and transaction references needed to confirm the purchase; do not submit card credentials or merchant PINs to support. When our plugin is installed on your own store, your store and its payment provider process your shoppers’ information. Routine license activation sends license and installation details to our licensing service, not a copy of your customer-order database.
Service providers and external content
Hosting, email delivery, payment, security and support providers process information needed to provide their services. Website fonts and icons can be loaded from Google Fonts or a content delivery network, which receives connection information such as an IP address. Account avatars or comments may use Gravatar. Embedded content and external links have their own privacy practices; check the provider’s policy before interacting with them. Providers may process data in countries different from your own.
Cookies and accounts
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for sign-in, security, the shopping cart and checkout. If you choose to save comment details or use Remember Me, additional preferences can be stored. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout. Optional analytics or marketing must be assessed and configured separately; this policy is not a consent banner.
Retention and security
We keep account, purchase, support and licensing records while needed to deliver services, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Closing an account does not necessarily erase a paid purchase or activation history immediately. Backups may retain older copies until replaced. Access is limited to people and services that need it; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can review your profile, orders and licenses in your account. Contact sales@hesabpaygateway.com to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise an objection where applicable. We may verify ownership before responding. Some purchase, licensing, fraud-prevention or legally required records may need to be retained; we will explain relevant limitations. Where applicable, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material new uses of information require the notices or consent applicable to that use.
